Webward LLC (“Webward,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates webward.com and the Webward service. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our website, our SMS service, and related products.
By using Webward, you agree to this Policy.

Information collected automatically.

3. SMS messaging — what to expect
When you text Webward, we receive your phone number, the message content, and timestamps. Here’s how we use that:
- To respond to your messages and run the AI consultation that helps build your website.
- To send you the deliverables — design previews, screenshots, and confirmations.
- To improve the product, in aggregate and de-identified form.
You consented to receive SMS messages by initiating the conversation with us and/or by checking a consent box on this site. Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or email [email protected]. We do not sell or share your phone number or message content with third parties for their marketing.
4. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the service.
- Build, host, and update the website you ask us to make.
- Communicate with you about service updates, billing, and support.
- Improve our AI models and product (using de-identified data).
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and illegal activity.
- Comply with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers — vendors who help us run Webward (hosting, AI inference, email delivery, SMS delivery, payment processing, analytics). They may only use the data to perform services for us.
- Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers — if Webward is involved in a merger, sale, or asset transfer, your information may be part of that transaction. We’ll notify you and honor this Policy.
6. Your choices and rights
- Access, correct, or delete your data — email [email protected].
- Opt out of SMS — reply STOP to any message.
- Opt out of marketing email — use the unsubscribe link in any email or email us.

- EU/EEA/UK residents have rights under GDPR. Email us to exercise them.
7. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may not work without them.
8. Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. SMS conversation transcripts are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for support and dispute resolution. Email addresses on the launch list are kept until you unsubscribe.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at-rest encryption for sensitive fields. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
10. Children’s privacy
Webward is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
